Pete and Folks

With their roots as far-flung as Ireland, Sweden, France and Italy, each of the five members of Pete and Folks bring their own personal touch to the group in creating unique and lively songs.
Rich in individual musical experience, Peter Cogavin (Guitar and Vocals), Marcus Sylvan (Piano), Guido Bistarelli (Bass), Eric Frerejacques (Harmonica) and
Sylvain Texier (Drums), Pete and Folks have quickly gained renown as a mark of musicality and professionalism of the highest quality, worthy of their reputation as a major musical presence of the French Riviera.
Inspired by folk, pop and rock sounds from the 1960s, the group invites audiences to join them in their songs, loaded with relentless rhythm, catchy melodies and thoughtful lyrics, and driven by passion and good spirit.
With the release of their album, followed by their appearance on France's premier music television show, Taratata, as well as several national radio shows, the group is now setting its sights on an international career...
